EXPERIÊNCIA: The role: As Head of Technology you will be managing the Product and Tech team consisting of engineers and product managers. You will report directly to the CEO and will be defining the product and engineering roadmaps and make sure they are aligned with the company strategy. The Head of Technology is also responsible for the scalability and uptime of the platform. Define the roadmap for the engineering team finding a balance between working on the company strategy and technical improvements like scaling Continuously improve the delivery process as well as the platform Plan technical execution of upcoming initiatives Report to and communicate with senior management and other stakeholders Line manage a multidisciplinary team encompassing product management, design, development and QA. Requirements: Min. 10 years experience Experience leading a multidisciplinary squad Background in back-end development Experience with distributed systems Fluency in Portuguese and English Self-reliant, good problem solver, result-oriented Not afraid to get your hands dirty.
